What you get

5 files: a 3-page START-HERE PDF (print plan, download help and license; prints at 100% on US Letter and A4) and 4 ZIPs, one per paper size and ink: US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) Color, US Letter Low-ink, A4 (210 x 297 mm) Color and A4 Low-ink. Download only the one ZIP you need. Each ZIP holds the same 4 PDFs (1-HOST: 1 page, 2-AWARD-CARDS: 5 pages, 3-BALLOTS: 2 pages, 4-TALLY: 3 pages), 11 pages in all. Low-ink files keep a white background with outline art, so dark Halloween pages print light.

Printing

Print single-sided at 100% ("Actual size") on matching paper. Each PDF is meant to be printed whole; START-HERE says how many copies of each.

Downloading

This is a digital download. Nothing ships. Etsy digital purchases must be downloaded in a web browser, not the Etsy app. A mobile browser or computer works; use a computer if your phone cannot open the ZIP. Etsy's Help Center article "How to Download a Digital Item" walks through it.

Please note

• Printable PDF. Nothing ships: no printed items, paper, props or prizes are included.
• The PDFs are fixed and not editable. They are not Canva templates. Print, then fill in by hand.
• Colors vary by screen and printer. Gallery images are styled previews of the real pages.
• Every award card has a Presented to line and a Date line for writing by hand.
• Running times in the host guide are estimates; the contest format has not been tested with real groups.

Personal-use license

You may print as many copies as you need for your own events. You may give printed copies to guests at your own events and as gifts to family and friends. You may not resell printed copies, use them in products for sale, or share, upload or redistribute the digital files.
