What you get
5 files: a 3-page START-HERE PDF (print plan, download help and license; prints at 100% on US Letter and A4) and 4 ZIPs, one per paper size and ink: US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) or A4 (210 x 297 mm), color or low-ink. Download only the one ZIP you need. Each ZIP holds the same 2 PDFs (1-HOST: 1 page, 2-DECOR-COMPLETE: 12 pages), 13 pages in all.
Printing
Print single-sided at 100% ("Actual size") on matching paper. Each PDF is meant to be printed whole; START-HERE says how many copies of each. Signs, favor tags, food labels and banner flags have crop marks: short black lines just outside each item, each lined up with a faint grey cut line. With a paper trimmer, line the blade up with a matching pair of marks; with scissors, cut on the grey lines. Cut outer edges first, then the lines between items. Station signs are 6 × 4 in (2 per sheet), favor tags 2 × 2.5 in (9 per sheet), food labels 3 × 2 in (8 per sheet), banner flags 6 × 7.6 in triangles before folding (cut on the outline, then fold the top tab back on the dashed line). After folding the tab back, trim its protruding corners flush with the flag's sloping sides, then secure over ribbon/string with tape. Sizes are the same on Letter and A4 when printed at 100%. The welcome sign is a full sheet and needs no cutting.
